The world of work changed forever with the onset of Covid-19. As organisations navigate towards a "new normal" the reality is that employees do not want to return to the office 5 days a week and that remote working is here to stay. Companies need to embrace hybrid and flexible work patterns to retain their best talent. In order to be rated NetZero, employee commutes need to be factored in. "Zero commutes" are the most effective way of reducing these emissions. This course will teach how to implement etiquettes and approaches using MS Teams to ensure organisations and teams are productive in the new world of hybrid and flexible work.
