Mark Kane

Chief Executive Officer

Sustainabil-IT was co-founded and led by Mark, who brings with him more than 30 years of practical experience leading transformational change in global organisations and across multiple industries. Mark is a renowned figure in the sustainability sector and was awarded the 2019 ICMG/Zachman Global Award for Digital Strategy to Execution, for the 5-year Sustainable Digital Transformation Programme implemented at a global renewable energy company.  Mark is a faculty member of the Institute of Sustainability Studies and on the board of EU Tech Chamber's Digital Transformation Alliance

Ana Kane

Director of Partnerships

Following completion of her MBA at Dublin Business School and post-graduate studies at UCD in Innovation in Sustainability, Ana co-founded Sustainabil-IT with her focus being on offering SMEs access to a fractional CSO service, delivering the level of sustainability skill-sets and methodologies that only larger organisations currently enjoy.  Ana manages Sustainabil-ITs partnerships with leading technology and sustainability organisations to deliver seamless outcomes to customers.  Fluent in four languages, Ana is also driving our expansion beyond Ireland/UK into European markets.

Anna Rafferty (5Y ESG)

Sustainability/ESG Transformation Consultant

Anna brings with her a wealth of corporate sustainability experience from the renewables sector, holds a BSC honours degree in Freshwater and Marine Biology and an MSC in Environmental Health and Safety Management.
Anna’s expertise include managing submissions to the Carbon Disclosure Project, establishing a Global Occupational Wellbeing Program, internal auditing for ISO-14001 Environmental Management System, ISO-9001 Quality Management and ISO-45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management.

Jessica Murphy (5Y ESG)

Digital Transformation Consultant

Jessica brings a wealth of experience in agile project delivery, technology, sustainability, risk management and diversity & inclusion and was recently a finalist at the Diversity in Tech Awards for the Digital Transformation award, for her work in establishing an Agile PMO to derive organisational benefits from digital transformation initiatives.

Gary Hall

Sustainability Strategy Consultant

Gary has recently joined the team as part of his UCD Michael Smurfit Masters program in Management Consultancy, with a specialisation in sustainability and ESG.  Gary previously held engineering roles at Supernode, an innovative Irish start-up focused on the transformation of the electricity distribution network across Europe and Dyson, a world-famous brand known for its unique designs and disruptive engineering.
